For online purchases, we offer returns for exchange or store credit. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. Before an item can be shipped back to us, a return authorization must be approved. To request a return authorization, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address and telephone number
- Your order number
- A description of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return
If the return authorization is approved, the item may be shipped back to us. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging when received. When returning online orders, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges and their taxes are not refundable and cannot be credited with returns. A restocking fee may also apply for non-defective returned items.
For in-store purchases, we offer returns for exchange or store credit. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be in their original packaging/condition and be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
There are several items that do not apply to our return policy. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or customized items (ex. printed jerseys)
- Healthcare or personal items (ex. mouthguards and other sports medical)
- Undergarments (ex. sports bras, compression wear)
- Socks, hats and toques
