The order status page shows all of your order details and lets you:
- View tracking information for your order.
- View real-time updates on the location of your order.
- Opt-in or out of email or SMS notifications.
The order status page is the final page that is shown at checkout. An order confirmation email will also be sent containing a link to the order status page.
Yes. For inquiries about team orders and bulk discounts please send an email to email@example.com. We'll go over what you're looking for and provide you with a quote as well as estimates for order time.
Each online order we receive is assessed for signs of fraud and to ensure shipping addresses are properly verified and formatted. We may contact you to confirm certain order details. If we are unable to verify a shipping address, we may contact you for more details or cancel the order. Both of these measures are in place to protect consumers from credit card fraud. Once an order has been verified and picked then it is packaged and sent out, typically within 1 or 2 business days.
All of our orders ship using tracked courier services from Canada Post and UPS. Each shipment is assigned a tracking number which can be found in your shipping confirmation email. Additionally, the tracking number is listed on your order status page which is linked in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails.
Yes! At checkout, under Delivery method, select Pick up. When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive an email confirming that the items are ready for pickup along with instructions for when you arrive.
We do! The MVP Rewards Program lets you earn points for purchases which can then be redeemed for rewards. The Rewards widget is the hub for all of your rewards program information. The widget is located in the bottom right corner on both desktop and mobile devices. The widget lets you:
- Create an MVP Rewards Program account
- Check your MVP Rewards points balance
- View ways to earn points
- View ways to spend points
MVP Rewards Points are earned by making purchases or completing certain actions. When shopping in-store, simply let us know the email address associated with your customer account. The transaction can then be linked to your rewards data. When shopping online, create a rewards account prior to checking out and you'll have your points tracked. To create an MVP Rewards Program account, open the rewards widget and click "Join now".
When shopping in-store, your points can be redeemed at the point-of-sale. A $10 discount is given for every 10,000 points accrued. For example, if you have collected 37,000 points, you can redeem 30,000 points for a $30 discount on your transaction.
To redeem your points when shopping online, you must claim your reward through the MVP Rewards Program widget. If you have collected enough points, your available rewards are displayed on the widget. When you click "Redeem", your reward is turned into a discount code which you can enter at checkout to have it applied on your order.
If a product has a size guide available, it will be linked on the product page next to the size selections. We are continually adding and updating these size guides for the brands we carry. If sizing information isn't available on the product page, contact us and we'll help you find the correct size.
Yes. We are an authorized retailer for all the brands we carry, including Adidas, Nike, Puma and others. All licensed products are authentic and are purchased directly from the manufacturers. We do not sell knock-offs or counterfeit products.
