Shipping & Return Policy
For online purchases, we offer returns for exchange or store credit. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. Before an item can be shipped back to us, a return authorization must be approved. To request a return authorization, contact us at [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address and telephone number
- Your order number
- A description of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return
If the return authorization is approved, the item may be shipped back to us. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging when received. When returning online orders, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping charges and their taxes are not refundable and cannot be credited with returns. A restocking fee may also apply for non-defective returned items.
Orders will be processed within 48 hours of being received and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process. We do not process or ship orders on holidays. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your items. Please note we do not process or ship orders to PO boxes. All our orders are shipped using Canada Post.
International orders may be subject to additional local customs fees once it enters your country of residence. Please refer to your local Customs office if you have any questions about these fees. For Canadian customers, federal and provincial taxes are applied during the checkout process.
We are happy to offer FREE shipping to our Canadian customers. All orders over $125, shipped within Canada, qualify for free shipping. When checking out, simply select the FREE standard shipping option. If you prefer a faster shipping method, these options are still available on the shipping selection checkout page. Some exclusions may apply depending on the remoteness of the order destination, for customized orders, or for orders exceeding 5 kg.
For in-store purchases, we offer returns for exchange or store credit. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit within 10 days of the purchase date. The items must be in their original packaging/condition and be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
There are several items that do not apply to our return policy. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Personalized or customized items (ex. printed jerseys)
- Healthcare or personal items (ex. mouthguards and other sports medical)
- Undergarments (ex. sports bras, compression wear)
- Socks, hats and toques
